I AM Media books publishes a wide array of peer-reviewed projects by women of color, especially Israelite women writers across the diaspora guided by three goals: imagining our culture, bringing it to light, and weaving Biblical culture, minus religious doctrine, into creative evocative narratives and memorable characters

Vision
Our vision is to sow the seeds of sisterhood, cultivate author-preneurship, and develop women of color across the diaspora, especially Israelite women authors with writing projects focused on children, family, and community development. I AM Media Books publishes Biblical fiction, culturally relevant academic, ethnographic, and narrative non-fiction, and Biblical-based children’s books written by Israelite women authors across the diaspora. Our literary luminaries shine the light of the Word into the four corners of the world.

With a Master's Degree in Communications, Chaplain Ahavah was born to serve. In the beginning God created…and there was light. I AM was conceived to ignite a fire across the four corners of the globe. I co-labor with my I AM Media sisters to give birth to words that breathe life into the world in Spirit and in Truth. Collectively, we invest our time and talents to illuminate the path of righteousness guided by the Fruit of the Spirit. I am a media midwife, delivering words to awaken the world: one book at a time.

holds a degree BA in Elementary School Education and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Online Learning. She served as a community liaison and literacy coach in the Virginal, Baltimore and greater metropolitan Washington D.C areas.

Morah Michal has grown in the truth for over 40 years and is Associate Professor in Higher Education. The Word is the ultimate; source for encouragement; we all need regular encouragement by those around us. We are encouraged by our Father’s Word to encourage one another on a daily basis, as per Hebrews 3:13. Nurturing the human soul is one of my favorite things to do. It’s an exchange of energy because I feel good doing it, and I reap what I sow.
